We have a laboratory equipped with specialized personnel that allows us to realize a strict quality control, furthermore, it serves as a vital feedback tool between our demanding clients and our associates for the constant improvement of the quality.

 
 
  • Preparation of Samples:
    There are prepared samples for offer and pre-shipment. This labor is developed with the existing volumes. Thorough quality control is realized (physical and sensorial) in our laboratory, in order to emit a report of the coffee’s quality.

  • Quality control in process and exportation:
    In this stage coffee is verified during the in-plant process, according to the requirements of the client.

  • Quality control for the "toasted-grinded" coffee:
    The raw material used in the industry of the toasted grinded coffee goes through a strict control of quality before the toasting stage, which allows the standardization the quality of our product "Cafe Oro Verde" orientated to the regional and national market..

 
 
   
 
 
   
 
  Stages of the quality control  
 
  • Quality control during the collection:
    It is the stage of reception of the parchment coffee at field level, applying a collection regulation, which allows control of humidity, color uniformity, smell; among other characteristics.
