The
managing of the cultivation:
The associated families handle the
coffee plantations with environmental
responsibility and applying good
agricultural practices, to guarantee
the sustainable increase of the
production and to assure the consistency
of the product’s quality across
the years.

The
post-harvest treatment.
Good quality washed coffee is our
aim, preserving its physical and
organoleptic characteristics across
the selective crop, correct benefit
(removed of flesh, fermented, washed
and dried), and implementation of
modules of concentrated familiar
and communal benefits.
This stage performs a lot of importance
for the conservation of the environment,
with the suitable managing of the
flesh of coffee across the elaboration
of compost, and the managing of
the honeys waters to avoid the pollution
of the natural resources.

Managing and conservation
of the natural resources
Alongside the sector committees
we have been planting useful wood
trees such as cedar, mahogany, pukakiru
and other native original species
of the zone.

“Good Agricultural Practices”: |
|
|
|
| |
Productive
With a rigorous selection of coffee seeds,
supported management of the soil, coverage,
ecological control of plagues and diseases,
and integral training to the associate
family, for the transference and adequacy
of the technology.
